NISC (Nairong International Students’ Conference)
กิจกรรมสัมมนานานาชาติที่จัดขึ้นโดยโรงเรียนมัธยมวัดนายโรง
กิจกรรมนี้จัดขึ้นครั้งแรกในปี 2015
กิจกรรมครั้งล่าสุดจัดขึ้นเมื่อปี 2019 ในหัวข้อ “Global Crisis Needs Extinguishing Endeavors” เป็นครั้งที่ 5 ของกิจกรรม NISC แต่ในปี 2020 ปีที่ควรจะจัดกิจกรรม NISC ครั้งที่ 6 ต้องถูกยกเลิกเนื่องจากการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 ทางโรงเรียนมัธยมวัดนายโรงจึงจัดงาน NISC ครั้งที่ 6 ในรูปแบบออนไลน์เพื่อลดการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด-19 โดยกิจกรรมจะถูกจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 12-13 กุมภาพันธ์ 2022 ในหัวข้อ “Online World Propels Humanity Beyond Pandemic” โดยหัวข้อนี้จะพูดถึงช่วงระยะเวลา 2 ปีที่ผ่านมา คนใช้ชีวิตกับโลกออนไลน์มากขึ้นเนื่องจากระยะห่างทางสังคมที่กว้างขึ้นตามสถานการณ์การเเพร่ระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 ทำให้โลกออนไลน์กลายเป็นอีกหนึ่งสังคมของเด็กๆที่ใช้สำหรับเรียนหนังสือ หากลุ่มคนที่มีความชื่นชอบคล้ายๆกัน หรือแม้กระทั่งการสั่งซื้อขายของออนไลน์ เมื่อมีคนใช้งานมากขึ้น ก็ทำให้มีคนเห็นข้อดีมากยิ่งขึ้น
แต่ในทางกลับกันก็เผยให้เห็นอีกมุมหนึ่งของโลกออนไลน์จากมุมมองที่ผู้ใหญ่ได้มองมาหรือเป็นเด็กที่อาจจะพบเจอ ตัวอย่างเช่น สังคมที่เป็นพิษ การหลอกลวง โกงเงินจากการซื้อขาย หรือแม้กระทั่งรูปของสินค้าและบริการที่ไม่ตรงปก รวมทั้งการถูกคุกคามสิทธิส่วนบุคคน ถูกขุดคุ้ยเรื่องราวในอดีต เป็นต้น อีกทั้งยังตามมาซึ่งการเสพติดสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ที่อาจจะเกิดมาจากการเจอกลุ่มคนที่คุยกันถูกคอ จนอาจจะลามไปถึงปัญหา Cyber bully หรือปัญหากลัวการถูกลืมจากกลุ่มคน จนทำให้เกิดการเสพติดได้ ทางผู้จัดงานได้เห็นสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้น จึงได้นำมาพูดคุยถกเถียงเพื่อหาทางแก้ปัญหา และเรายังมีส่วนที่เรียกว่า Sub theme ในหัวข้อ “Virtual World Cannot Truly Fulfill Happiness from Physical Activities” ในส่วนนี้ทางผู้จัดจะให้ผู้เข้าร่วมในได้ถกเถียงแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นกันเกี่ยวกับการใช้ชีวิตบนโลกออนไลน์ต่างจากการใช้ชีวิตแบบปกติอย่างไร หากท่านใดสนใจที่จะเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม

Nairong International Students’ Conference (NISC) is the international seminar conducted by Matthayom Watnairong School since 2015. NISC aims to provide students opportunities to discuss particular global issues, to establish robust connections among participants from different regions, and also to express cultural entity with friendships through activities and shows.
In 2019, the 5th NISC was held under the main theme “Global Crisis Needs Extinguishing Endeavors”, and the event succeeded its goals as seen from the responses and feedbacks. However, there has been no continuing conference for nearly two years because of the world’s pandemic. In 2022, therefore, the 6th NISC is now ready to be hosted online via GOOGLE MEET between 12th and 13th February under the main theme “Online World Propels Humanity beyond the Pandemic”. The theme constructs the extent of talks concerning humans’ life and survival via online approaches for various purposes in the past 2 years. As well, most students are inevitably gravitated into the online world to proceed their education and personal preferences.
Even though proceeding activities online helps reducing the infected number, it is also a double-edged source for those who misuse it or may not be prudent enough when engaging with some online businesses. Fraud, human rights violation, cyber bullying, and screen addiction are the examples that have been found globally, so the 6th NISC’ s team has also proposed a sub-theme “Virtual World Cannot Truly Fulfill Happiness from Physical Activities” for furthering discussion.
