Rangsit University International Programs together with the volunteer group from Baandin Thai initiated a weir construction project in Tha Yang, Phetchaburi Province. The weir is in accordance with the Royal idea and will slow the flow of water in order to help forest reclamation by returning moisture to the ground of the area.
We are looking for volunteers to join the project and help to construct the weir in a joint effort of Thai and International students from all over the world. The project also aims to be a platform for intercultural exchange by bringing together students from Thailand, Finland, the Netherlands, Germany, Bhutan, Japan and many more in order to follow Rangsit University’s motto of Creating a giving and sharing society.
